Package is done at Chesterfield Courthouse or can meet at Meadowdale Library ONLY
Typically Bride and Groom only, but can have up to 10 guests
Couple can recite their own vows, “I do”, and Rings exchange
Signing/filing of marriage certificate
Hours- Monday through Friday 11 AM – 3PM
